President's President's Recognition Program Guidelines
Avon reserves the right to change the terms of or discontinue this program at any time.
You must be an active President’s Club member in good standing to attend the President’s Club Tribute and receive an award. Recognition gifts are cumulative. For example, Rose Circle members receive President’s Club and Honor Society gifts in addition to their Rose Circle gifts.
Representatives who qualify in more than one category will receive an award for each achievement earned (with the exception of the Sales Area Leadership Awards).
Award Sales include all products purchased for resale to Customers and credited at Customer price, including Avon Apparel and Accessories, plus Representative purchases of brochures, demonstration products, samples and sales tools.
In the event you are removed or cease to function as an Avon Representative, you will have 30 days in which to redeem Points remaining in your account, provided your account is paid in full.

President’s Club Tributes
We are proud to honor our top achievers — those
Representatives who have attained a minimum of $10,100 in sales — at our annual President's Club Tributes. Hosted by Division Sales Managers, these celebrations, complete with door prizes, raffles and gifts, will be held upon the completion of the President's Recognition Program cycle in C-7, 2008.
Special recognition gifts are awarded to members of:
President's Club, qualifying Sales $10,100
Honor Society, qualifying Sales $20,200
Rose Circle, qualifying Sales $38,000
David H. McConnell Club, qualifying Sales $66,500
President's Council, qualifying Sales $112,000
President's Inner Circle, qualifying Sales $280,000
All Honor Society memeber and above are entitled to bring a guest to their President's Club Tributes.

The Spirit of Avon
Presented to each District's President’s Club member who best represents the spirit of Avon and the values we embrace.
Best New Performer
Presented to each District's new President's Club member with the highest Award Sales during the 2006–2007 cycle.
District Awards Presented to:
Top 3 Representatives in each District for Sales Volume.
Top 3 Representatives in each District for Sales Increase.
Division Awards Presented to:
Top 3 Representatives in the Division for Sales Volume.
Top 3 Representatives in the Division for Sales Increase.
Leadership Excellence Awards**
Presented in each Division to:
Best New Leadership Performer
Advanced Unit Leader or above with the highest Total Unit Sales in the Division (must be a President's Club member).
Executive Unit Leaders (EUL's) and Senior Executive Unit Leaders (SEUL's) who are:
#1, #2 and #3 in Total Unit Sales Volume.
#1, #2 and #3 in Total Unit Sales Increase.
#1, #2 and #3 in Leadership Growth (the largest increase in the number of new Representatives recruited during the cycle).
Presented in each Sales Area† to:
Executive Unit Leaders and Senior Executive Unit Leaders who are:
#1, #2 and #3 in Total Unit Sales Volume.
#1, #2 and #3 in Total Unit Sales Increase.
#1, #2 and #3 in Leadership Growth
(the largest increase in the number of new Representatives recruited during the cycle).
All EUL's and SEUL's are entitled to bring a guest to their President's Club Tributes.
